You Are:
The Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Configuration Lead Senior Manager will work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.

The Work:
This will include, but is not limited to, workshop facilitation, deliverable generation, application configuration, comprehensive testing to achieve successful testing, business process best practice advice, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go-live support.

Here Is What You Need:

• Bachelors Degree or 8+ years of industry experience
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and across the major Oracle HCM Cloud processes integrating with one or more of the following: compensation, recruiting, benefits, time & labor, payroll, and/or absence management
• Experience in one or more of the following: Oracle HCM business process knowledge, Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, experience with modules such as Core HR, strong functional experience, HCM Cloud Functional Designer and/or Functional Architect

• Bachelors Degree in an IT related field
• Advanced Degree
• 15+ years of industry experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders
• Excellent people management and relationship development skills

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

 

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $141,800 - $269,100
Colorado: $141,800 - $232,600
New York: $131,300    269,100
Washington State: $151,100 - $247,500
