Robert Half, one of FORTUNE’s World’s Most Admired Companies and a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For is hiring a Digital Experience Manager to join the Marketing Global Web Marketing and Strategy team.
The Digital Experience Manager works as part of the Web Product Strategy team to optimize the global Robert Half marketing website, its web components, features, functionalities, and web personalization enablement. This role leads the execution of web strategy priorities with stakeholders, defines business requirements, and collaborates directly with Business Systems Analysts, development teams, UX, SEO, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of high quality, customer-centered digital experiences with data driven decisions. The position manages conversion optimization enhancements, enables experimentation capabilities, and partners cross-functionally to establish web strategy across global websites. This role will stay informed about our competitive landscape and become the go-to expert for their product area to help drive the product roadmap and strategy.
What You'll Do
- Execute web strategy priorities with stakeholders based on business priorities and share out roadmap with partners.
- Gather and help define business requirements and work directly with Business Systems Analysts, development teams, UX, SEO and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Ensure delivery of conversion optimization enhancements, monitoring and iterate as needed.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify and establish web strategy across global websites, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Enable experiments with improved tagging, signals, and codebase, and define requirements with development and analytics teams.
- Contribute to experimentation ideas for owned web features, scope out requirements, and define key objectives, while ensuring alignment with business goals and digital marketing best practices.
- Provide insights on performance including opportunities for optimizations.
- Collaborate with analytics team on measurement plans for new web component builds.
- Ensure website guidelines are followed consistently across web experiences and implementation.
- Ensure website products and features are functioning as expected, and work with development teams to address issues.
- Ensure digital marketing and web best practices are incorporated in web components and experiences.
- Leverage insights to set overall strategy of key web experiences.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing or product management
- Exceptional skills of prioritization and project management
- Strong interpersonal skills to easily build relationships
- Must be a self-starter and able to work and prioritize driving things forward
- Adept at cross-functional collaboration and strong team player
- Creative ability to solve or approach complex problems
- Strong quantitative analytical ability and familiarity with marketing analytics and A/B testing
- Natural aptitude for learning new technologies and tools
- Strong experience with CMS and web platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and website architecture, metadata and tag management
- Experience with web personalization and related tools, preferably Adobe Target
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) and presenting data-driven recommendations and analysis
- Strong ability to coordinate projects with cross-functional teams, including technical, engineering, marketing, design, analytics etc.
- Knowledge of SEO, web accessibility, and digital marketing best practices
- Knowledge of GDPR and international web standards is a plus
The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
