This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and the ability to manage a global team of IT professionals.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>PEOPLE MANAGEMENT</strong></p><p>As the leader of our global IT network team, you will drive the development and growth of your team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment that inspires innovation and excellence.</p><p><strong>BUDGET MANAGEMENT</strong></p><p>You will take charge of crafting, monitoring, and managing the IT network budget, ensuring that financial resources are judiciously allocated and managed to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.</p><p><strong>STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT</strong></p><p>Your role will involve building and nurturing strong relationships with external partners and suppliers, guaranteeing that the services provided are of the highest quality and efficiency, in line with our stringent standards.</p><p><strong>STRATEGY</strong></p><p>You will be at the forefront of developing and implementing a visionary IT network strategy that aligns seamlessly with Red Bull's business goals, driving the company towards future growth and technological innovation.</p><p><strong>CROSS-TEAM COLLABORATION</strong></p><p>You will engage in close collaboration with various departments and teams to ensure the smooth integration and support of IT network services, fostering a cohesive and unified approach to achieving our company's objectives.</p><p><strong>GOALS AND KPIS</strong></p><p>You will establish clear and measurable goals and KPIs for the IT network team, regularly reviewing and adjusting them to ensure that targets are not only met but exceeded, optimizing team performance and outcomes.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Several years of experience in a senior IT management position, ideally in network management</p><p>Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team</p><p>Experience in budget planning, control, and optimization</p><p>Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop and implement long-term IT network strategies</p><p>Experience in dealing with external partners and suppliers</p><p>Ability to collaborate and work effectively with various departments and cross-functional teams</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 3,471 gross per month.
