Security Professionals Needed - CT Shoreline Area

Security Officer - client sites travel ranges from Montville, Mystic & Groton

Pay: $17 - $25/per hour (based on experience)

Must have availability for at least two shifts and weekends (1st/3rd, 2nd/3rd, 1st/2nd). Shifts range from 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a.

Mandatory requirements: prolonged standing, walking of long distances, willingness to adapt during emergency evacuations, exposure to inclement weather

Job Description: Provide a safe and secure working environment for all employees and visitors by patrolling and monitoring the client facility on walking and mobile tours.

 

Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut State Guard Card

• Active Connecticut State Driver's License - Reliable transportation & Clean Motor Vehicle History.

• 1 year of Security Experience preferred- Military/ Law Enforcement experience may substitute.

• 6 months of Supervisory Experience preferred- Military/ Law Enforcement experience may substitute.

• Calm, polite, and professional demeanor- High level customer service.

• Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and flexible.

• Strong computer skills, Familiarity with Google Applications, Extensive knowledge of dispatching & camera monitoring

 

Education/Experience:  High School Diploma or G.E.D
