As an Instructional Designer with Insight, you’ll be required to be a passionate self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to detail. We’ll count on you to contribute to conceptual discussions and decisions and thrive working in both independently and in a team environment. Along the way, you’ll have the ability to set timelines and estimate the work required to complete a task.
This role is within our Residency Offering, which is a solution that provides strategic technical resources to our customers on a contractual basis.

What you will need to succeed:
- Proven ability to develop engaging and effective training curriculum to provide essential knowledge and enhance user adoption.
- Expert knowledge of Storyline, Camtasia, and RISE.
- Knowledge of Instructional Design Theory and Adult Learning Principles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure with multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
