If you're ready to use your skills to drive lasting change and help more people access the care they deserve, we’d love to meet you.</p></div><p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></p> <p>Charlie Health is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to join the Office of the CTO and help drive the next phase of our technology organization.</p> <p>This person will operate at the intersection of engineering, product, design, data, security, and operations, partnering directly with the CTO to turn complex, ambiguous company priorities into clear plans, operating rhythms, and shipped systems. You’ll help orchestrate some of Charlie Health’s most important technical initiatives: rebuilding core platforms, scaling AI-native workflows, improving clinical and operational systems, and ensuring our technology can support life-saving behavioral healthcare at national scale.</p> <p>This is a high-leverage role for someone who can zoom from executive strategy to implementation details; who understands how modern software systems get built; and who can bring structure, urgency, and clarity to complex, regulated environments.</p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>The CTO and technology leadership team have clearer visibility into priorities, tradeoffs, risks, and execution health.</li> <li>Cross-functional technical programs move faster because ownership, sequencing, and dependencies are explicit.</li> <li>Engineering, Product, Design, Data, Security, IT, Clinical, and Operations teams are better aligned on what matters most and why.</li> <li>AI-native ways of working become more consistent,
