ServiceNow Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Work as a key person in the dashboard, reporting, and analytics areas of ServiceNow, navigate and manage demands, and build platform solutions that will meet and help transform business processes. Perform day-to-day administration of these areas and manage life cycle upgrades as part of the team. Identify and execute platform enhancements to maximize the value proactively, provide input into roadmaps and continual improvement plans for this area. Stay abreast of new features and functionality, playing a role in driving continual improvement. Perform design, implementation, regular problem solving, maintenance and support for reports, dashboards, and performance analytics within ServiceNow. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:   

• 3 + years of experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance analytics reports within ServiceNow as a primary role
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders
• Experience interpreting and authoring ServiceNow ACLs, custom report components, database views, and report functions
• HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:   

• Knowledge of scripting languages, including JavaScript
• Knowledge of SQL and Platform Analytics and Migration Center a plus
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees
