Internship: Software Developer in Program Management Office (part time) (m/f/d)

We are looking for a student, studying at a university in the greater area of Graz, to support our Program Management Office (PMO) part time, in parallel to their studies. As working student in our PMO you will support our team to develop various software solutions designed for automating frequent requests and tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate customer requirements into new software solutions

• Develop chatbots to handle incoming requests related to major PMO tools and processes

• Conduct thorough testing and validation before software release

• Continuously enhance chatbot functionality post-release

• Develop new applications for the Team or modify existing applications

• Design user-specific graphical user interfaces (GUIs)

Your Profile:

• Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Software Development or similar

• Experience in programming (at least two of the mentioned languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, Ruby, C#, PHP)

• Experience with Chatbot frameworks (e.g. Microsoft Azure Bot Service, Power Automate or similar)

• Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in software development

• Good communication skills to design effective chatbot messages

• Experience in integrating chatbots across various platforms is an advantage

• Experience with Linux server administration to install and run developed programs is a benefit

• Experience in testing and validation of implemented software

• Solid English skills (speaking and writing)

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies

• Independent working style

• Availability around 16 hours/week

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 17- gross/hour.
