THE JOB:
Support daily Financial Shared Services operations by preparing, scanning, organizing, and indexing documents to ensure accurate imaging and proper document retention in accordance with the corporate records retention policy. This role operates independently in a fast-paced environment and involves repetitive tasks that require strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize based on urgency.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Scan a high volume of documents, ensuring they are properly organized in the system, images are correct and legible, status is confirmed, and storage is maintained in line with the company’s records retention policy

• Ensure proper preparation of documents for scanning by opening and sorting, removing staples, paperclips, and rubber bands, and unfolding, straightening, and combining forms and documents as needed

• Responsible for organization and filing of documents to be scanned

• Foster effective collaboration between the department, business units, and other corporate departments to support smooth and efficient operational processes

• Effectively operate scanning, computer, and office equipment on a daily basis in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with repetitive tasks

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience
