<h3>Job Title</h3>Senior Architect Mechatronics Technologies<p></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Join us as a Senior Architect Mechatronics Technologies at Philips Innovation Engineering, playing a vital role in our growth. You will be a key contributor to multidisciplinary project teams, collaborating with technical experts from Philips Innovation Engineering and our customers. You will lead and influence, ensuring high-quality design and actively contributing to innovation in our products or processes.</p><p></p><p>Your role:</p><ul><li>Translation of user and business requirements into system models containing system requirements, high level system design, risk management, integration and verification via defined test strategies</li><li>Definition and management of technical budgets, resulting in a system decomposition and allocation of derived requirements down to processes, HW/SW element and part level and related traceability</li><li>Trading-off between conflicting product/system design specifications, determining feasibility of potential solutions, and leading technical &amp; design reviews.</li><li>Overall technical leadership and responsible for realization of full systems product release/life cycle management to ensure quality and compliance.</li><li>Ensuring product safety and reliability, following regulatory compliance</li></ul><p></p><p><u>You're the right fit if you have:</u></p><ul><li>MSc or PhD degree or equivalent in Engineering.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience as a System Engineer\Technologist with knowledge in product and process development.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address fundamental issues based on unique knowledge in the professional field.</li><li>Capable of generating, leading, and executing technological improvement initiatives in collaboration with specialists.</li><li>Proven track record of substantial contributions to the innovation process, effectively communicating new insights within the business.</li><li>Experienced in working according to the V-model, defining requirements, supervising tests, and reporting results.</li><li>experience as a team player, capable of leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers and able to steer and supervise high level and detailed design of products and systems (create schedules, and assign parts projects to members of staff)</li><li>Expertise in at least one of the domains - medical equipment, high precision mechatronics, or manufacturing systems.</li><li>Experience with regulations for developing medical devices and equipment.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 25% and/or work at the customer location (internationally in Europe).</li></ul><p></p><p>Advantages :</p><ul><li>GreenBelt or BlackBelt certification (or equivalent) is preferred.</li></ul><p></p><p>**The position is not open for relocation</p><p><br/>About Philips<br/>We are a health technology company.
