You are highly organized, with experience managing ecommerce email programs and you have a deep understanding of email and SMS best practices. You’re an analytical thinker and you always back your decisions in data. You are a self-starter, proactive, and resourceful and collaborative across different teams, with the ability to closely manage timelines on concurrent campaigns and across calendars. You’re a natural leader and foster a supportive team environment for your direct reports. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to change. A sense of humor is a plus!
