The Electronics Engineer is responsible for developing and designing and overseeing the overall electronics hardware design throughout the project lifecycle. This includes design of PCB layout and simulation of electronic circuits as well as prototypes building. This role involves creating and refining the hardware requirements and architecture. The role encompasses the careful planning and detailing of hardware specifications to ensure that the final product aligns with both the system´s expectations and technical feasibility. The role also maintains the integrity of work products by controlling changes and ensuring that the configuration of delivered products is known and reproducible.
The Electronics Engineer works closely with other team Roles to align the hardware design with specified requirements and supports various functions and processes.
The Electronics Engineer is responsible for testing, including EMC, to provide the evidence for compliance of hardware design, and supporting verification and validation.
