About the role
<p><strong>This isn’t “just making pizza.” It’s running your own station in a hotel kitchen.</strong></p><p></p><h3>BEFORE YOU ARRIVE</h3><p>This role is based in Greece.</p><p>You relocate for the season.<br /> You live where others go on holiday.</p><p>Your accommodation is already arranged.<br /> Meals are included.<br /> Your seasonal EU contract is prepared.</p><p>No apartment hunting.<br /> No daily food budgeting.</p><p>You arrive ready to work — and focus on your craft.</p><p></p><h3>YOUR ROLE IN THE KITCHEN</h3><p>You are responsible for the pizza station.</p><p>That means:</p><p>Dough preparation<br /> Sauce preparation<br /> Ingredient setup<br /> Stretching, topping, baking</p><p>You work independently.</p><p>You understand timing.<br /> You understand oven control.<br /> You understand consistency.</p><p>This is not a beginner position.</p><p></p><h3>WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE</h3><p>You prepare dough from scratch.</p><p>You manage your mise en place.</p><p>You bake pizzas during service — efficiently and consistently.</p><p>You ensure hygiene standards are followed.</p><p>You coordinate with the main kitchen team during busy hours.</p><p>Your station must run smoothly.</p><p>Guests may not see you —<br /> but they taste your work.</p><p></p><h3>AFTER THE SEASON</h3><p>You leave with:</p><p>High-volume pizza production experience<br /> International kitchen background<br /> Stronger independence<br /> Real responsibility on your CV</p><p>Running a pizza station abroad is serious experience.</p><p></p><p>If pizza is your craft and you want to run your own station in Greece —<br /> join our Pizza Station team. 🇬🇷🍕🔥</p>
