Are you a detail-oriented undergraduate student with a passion for accuracy and organization? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Data Entry Intern! This position is perfect for individuals pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing organization. As a Data Entry Intern, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying various types of information into our database system. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Inputting data accurately and efficiently into designated databases.
  • Verifying the accuracy of entered data to ensure completeness and integrity.
  • Assisting with data clean-up and quality control initiatives.
  • Collaborating with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Providing general administrative support as needed.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
 

Education
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree.
 

Experience 
No prior experience required. 
 

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience with data entry or related tasks is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to analyze problems, contribute to decisions, and assist in the design and implementation of solutions to resolve business issues that are moderate in complexity.
  • Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting, up to 20 pounds.

Target Pay Range:  $41,600.00 to $52,000.00  -  Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
