Job information more specific to our facility:

We are West Michigan Community Tennis based in Grandville.

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality one-on-one personal training, small group training, TRX classes, and general group fitness sessions. The ideal candidate will also have experience or interest in working with youth athletes, specifically supporting tennis performance development. The successful candidate will be energetic, professional, and passionate about helping clients of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals.

Are you the kind of trainer who brings energy into a room the moment you walk in? Do you love coaching just as much as you love programming?

We’re looking for a driven, dynamic Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Coach who is passionate about helping adults crush their goals and developing young athletes into stronger, faster, more confident competitors. This is an opportunity to build a following, grow a client base, and make a real impact in our fitness and tennis community.

We are specifically seeking a strong evening coach who can own the floor during peak hours — building relationships, delivering results, and creating an environment members look forward to walking into. A unique part of this role is working with youth athletes focused on tennis performance. If you enjoy coaching kids and shaping the next generation of athletes, this is a major opportunity.
