ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Agile Salesforce Engagement Lead to join our team. This is a remote position. We are open to candidates in Northern Virginia or San Antonio, Texas

The Agile Salesforce Engagement Lead, within our Digital Practice, is a pivotal role responsible for driving successful Salesforce solution implementations through strong client partnerships and expert project management. This individual will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to agile methodologies, while effectively managing scope, timelines, and budgets. They will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering clear communication and building trust, to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that meet and exceed business objectives. This role demands a blend of technical Salesforce knowledge, strategic thinking, and exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate complex projects and drive positive client outcomes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring adherence to agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Serve as the primary client point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their business needs and objectives.

• Define project scope, develop detailed project plans, and manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional 1 teams (developers, business analysts, testers) to ensure successful project delivery.  

• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as needed.

• Manage change requests and ensure alignment with project scope and client expectations.

• Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders, including clients and internal management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems).

• 8+ years of experience leading software development projects, with 5+ years leading Salesforce implementations.

• Proven experience working in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies.
