Customer Training Co-op

Your Opportunity:

Greenheck Group is looking for a highly motivated student to work from June – December 2024. In this role, you will work in our Bernard A. Greenheck Education Center, home to our product galleries and product demonstrations. The Education Center hosts over 1,500 customers a year and is where our customers come to learn about our products and gain more technical HVAC knowledge.

 

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist in developing technical course material on a Learning Management System (LMS) platform
• Provide support for in-person and remote training events
• Assist with set-up and tear down of the service training area
• Additional tasks with our product display team and hospitality team as needed.

 

What you should have:

• Enrollment in a related associate’s or bachelor’s degree program (Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Sales, Education)
• Experience or coursework in technical writing & digital communications
• Background in graphic design/video production preferred

 

Somethings we think you should know:

While participating in a Greenheck Group college program position, you will:

• Interact and network with the intern & co-op group across the U.S. (about 50 total college students)
• Be evaluated on your performance with a mid-term and final evaluation.
• Present your projects and experiences to our company leaders and executives at the end of your term.
• Participate in Fundamental Fridays - exposure to our business and business leaders. 
• Have the opportunity to take part in company sponsored volunteering.
