What we need

We’re looking for an QA Engineer who shares the same drive to improve people’s lives through technology and design.

You’ll be working at the heart of top innovation projects for some of the most hyped industries at this moment. Together with our team, you’ll be helping us deliver frictionless digital solutions and user experiences that customers love.

What you’ll do

• Write clear and comprehensive test cases;
• Create accurate, validated test data according to business cases;
• Execute test cases;
• Deploy, configure, and run the project application on various testing environments;
• Perform test automation executions;
• Validate data-intensive software output, in terms of content, format, processing;
• Identify defects based on test execution results, submit them into the bug tracking tool and track; them throughout the defect lifecycle;
• Actively participate in the development and maintenance of the test case repository;
• Adhere to testing best practices and Deutsche Bank testing standards;
• Available for hybrid work, willing to come to our locations (Bucharest, Brasov, Timisoara and Cluj).

What will help you succeed

• 4+ years in software testing roles;
• A keen interest in testing data-intensive applications, with complex, interconnected data processing flows;
• SQL knowledge (structure, data types, queries);
• General understanding of backend software implementation;
• Experience with version control systems such as Git;
• Linux experience;
• Understanding of testing across the full Software Development lifecycle;
• Firsthand experience in using test and defects management tools (JIRA, HP ALM);
• Performance and productivity oriented toward quality outcomes and results;
• Agile Framework & Technology knowledge and expertise;
• Good mastery of English language;
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving experience;
• Ability to grasp new concepts, to provide insights and solutions;
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
• Highly organized with ability to commit and prioritize work duties and tasks.

Would be a plus:

•  Python, Bash scripting;
• Knowledge of Data Science concepts;
• Google Cloud Platform experience;
• Exposure to Test Automation / Java testing frameworks;
• Direct experience with SDLC Governance;
• Test Ops experience (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins);
• Performance testing experience.
