• Salary Range: $105,060 - $160,220 annually (Determined by function, education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant. A 15% salary uplift is provided on top of base salary for positions that are worked in New York City or San Francisco, which is subject to change depending on market conditions.).

Position Summary:

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will report to the Quality Services Manager in the Quality Assurance organization and will independently perform complex professional assignments requiring the application of specialized and/or advanced quality assurance principles. The selected candidate may participate on or lead a team on special studies/activities pertaining to quality assurance aspects of WTP.This position is a full-time role that offers part-time telework flexibility in the Richland, Washington project office. Upon initial hire and onboarding, the position will require full time presence in the Richland, Washington project office, then may offer part-time telework flexibility. This position works a 9/80 schedule, offering every other Friday off.  Please be advised that the telework designation of the position may be changed in the future at the discretion of the company or project. Positions located at the Job Site (22 miles north of Richland) work a 4 x 10 schedule, M-Th, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Other work locations may work a 9-80’s schedule, M-F 7:00 am to 4:30 pm with alternating Fridays off.

Responsibilities:

• Leads and/or participates on cross-functional teams for complex business topics/issues (e.g., quality management system, laboratory quality program, suspect/counterfeit items program, causal analysis).
• Monitors and evaluates project personnel execution/implementation of the project quality program. Supports the effective implementation of applicable project quality requirements.
• Assesses and monitors project engineering, environmental, procurement, construction, testing, operations, decommissioning, and other activities related to the quality program/plan.
