How We Work:

• You undergo a robust onboarding experience to understand our construction management processes, the tools we use, and our company culture
• You continue to ramp up your skills from ongoing trainings, workshops, and jobsite tours throughout the summer
• You build relationships with our Executive Leadership team and other employees at Cahill through Lunch & Learns
• You will bond with other interns and employees at trainings, sporting events, and volunteering opportunities 

What You’ll Do:

• Work as an integral member of our team making it happen
• Learn the fundamentals of Virtual Design & Construction software and technologies
• Perform 3D MEPF Clash Detection and attend BIM Coordination meetings
• Get an inside look at how Trade Partners, Designers, and Consultants collaborate to make a successful construction project
• Gain first-hand experience with key construction management tools, techniques, and processes, including RFIs, submittals, subcontractor management, site logistics, schedule, and more
• Learn the skills needed to be successful in the construction industry

The base hourly range for this non-exempt role is targeted at $27.50.
