Job Description Summary
Support management to ensure strategic business priorities are identified, prioritized, executed and results measured. Maintain the strategic roadmap and business intake project portfolios.Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains databases used by operations
- Identifies solutions
- Triages issue ticket and enhancement requests (performing analysis)
- Documents requirements, test cases and performs testing.
- Work tickets through execution
- Update master ticket with information- ticket phase, target implementation date, risk reportable event etc.
- Assist in creation of creating alerts for database outages or issues
- Raises up concerns or risks to leadership
- Shares production support ticket root causes for broken functionally.
- Coordinate with peers across the organization (including the PMO as a key stakeholder) to develop and execute a holistic strategic planning process.
- Identify integrations and establish contacts across the organization to align efforts and plan implementation.
- Assist with escalated issues on priorities, goals, strategies, resources and key initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Five years of strategic planning experience in a similar environment or in a planning/consultant role.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization to influence others towards strategic goals.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to plan strategy, tactics and perform root-cause analysis.
- Familiarity with project management tools, lifecycles, etc.
- Proficiency using MS Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance/financial services experience.
- Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma methodology.
Working Conditions
- Remote
- Occasional travel to attend strategic planning sessions.

The salary for this position generally ranges between $78,000 - $104,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
