Job Description

Employee Responsibilities:

• Leading direct reports, group leaders and their teams, and

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

• Scientific background with hands on laboratory experience
• Strong leadership skills
• A good understanding of day to day business operations
• Demonstrate strong client service skills, teamwork, and
• collaboration
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to
• detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation,
• adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or other science related degree
• concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience
• Business Management education or experience preferred
• 3+ years of hands on related experience
• Leadership experience
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without
• restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is full-time and permanent, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with over time as needed. Candidates currently living in a commutable distance to Rensselaer, NY are encouraged to apply. On-site work is expected in order to be effective in this role.
