Collaborating closely with <strong>Tech, Cybersecurity, and Finance</strong> teams, you will ensure the platform aligns with the company’s strategic goals.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include shaping the <strong>product roadmap</strong>, <strong>streamlining internal processes</strong>, and <strong>integrating new features</strong> that drive <strong>business growth</strong>. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to automate workflows across various business units—including Finance, Investing, and Legal—gaining a deep understanding of their needs and working with the Tech team to design and implement effective technological solutions.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Be Driving</strong>🧰</h2> <p>As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing the Alternative Funds platform by streamlining internal processes, enhancing security, and improving the user experience. Your focus will be on:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Automating internal processes</strong> to improve platform scalability and reduce operational inefficiencies.</li> <li><strong>Internalizing accounting and Luxembourg fund management</strong> by developing tools and functionalities that enable in-house fund accounting and administration, reducing reliance on external providers.</li> <li><strong>Optimizing the platform</strong> by refining the interface and user experience to ensure seamless and efficient workflows for UHNWI clients.</li> <li><strong>Enhancing security and compliance</strong> by collaborating with the cybersecurity team to uphold the highest security standards and ensure adherence to financial regulations.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What You Bring </strong>💪</h2> <ul> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making</li> <li>Proven experience working with Software Developers, understanding technical constraints and opportunities.</li> <li>Ability to synthesize complex concepts using digital representation tools such as diagrams, mockups, and schemes.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, effectively aligning technical and business teams.</li> <li>Strong prioritization abilities, ensuring business objectives are met in collaboration with stakeholders.</li> <li>Genuine curiosity and interest in financial and mathematically driven products, demonstrated through past experiences or personal interests.</li> </ul> <p>While not strict requirements, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:</p> <ul> <li>Expertise in financial reporting, especially within private equity firms.</li> <li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies, supporting efficient and iterative product development.</li> <li>Proficiency in data analysis, including advanced Excel and SQL.</li> <li>Experience working with remote teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Being Part of Heritage </strong><strong>🔥</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Join us in our Milan office, located in the heart of the city.</li> <li>Meet the team at fun off-sites once or twice a year.</li> <li>Diversity is at our core: we represent 10+ nationalities and counting.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Process</strong>
