At RapidScale - part of Cox Business- we are looking for an astute and clear-sighted Executive Assistant to provide targeted organizational support to the RapidScale C-suite. In this mission-critical role, you’ll work closely with the company’s leadership team, their administrators, and the broader Raleigh-based team.
You’ll be counted on for your excellent (and seemingly effortless) interpersonal skills, strong judgment, creative problem solving and confident decision making. Additionally, you'll provide on site support and coordination of New Hire Orientation and other sales team and sales leadership meetings, administrative coordination of Sales Kickoff planning and on site support, and assist in other onsite events.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be expected to provide seamless administrative support, including calendar management, meeting prep, travel arrangements, group event coordination, budget management, expense reporting, and communications.
As part of your creative coordination, you may prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software packages.
Naturally, you’ll need to demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality, because you’ll be handling sensitive information. You understand that means showing a keen sense of tact, discretion and good judgment.
You’ll need to exhibit a high degree of innovation and responsiveness so that you can plan, prioritize and organize in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
To better manage your team’s diverse needs, you will prepare and distribute notes from or for key functional meetings, conferences, and similar proceedings.
Qualifications:
Ideally, you’ve already had some extensive experience working with senior executives and their counterparts and are comfortable with that kind of dynamic environment. Here are some of the other important qualities we’re looking for:
High School Diploma/GED and 7 years’ experience
