This is an exciting opportunity to develop your technical expertise while working alongside experienced garment technologists across a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. Supporting the fit, quality and performance of our products from development through to production, you'll play a key role in ensuring our garments meet the highest standards. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Attend weekly fit sessions across both men’s and womenswear (including accessories).</li><li>Independently lead the fit session for your own brands / categories, and work closely with the design team to ensure excellent and consistent fit of the product.</li><li>Record all fit comments and clearly relay to the factories, ensuring amendments are accurately reflected in future samples or production.</li><li>Ensure all garments are sealed in line with the CP</li><li>Analysis of test reports and oversee the care label approvals for your own brand / product category.</li><li>Maintain grading / sizing rules for each garment type and for each individual brand.</li><li>Help techs to create a block library for each brand, ensure this is updated each season.</li><li>Work with QC team on supplier audits / production checks  </li><li>Report on quality, faults and production each season detailing each factory performance against target.</li><li>Help to establish new innovation technologies e.g. 3D fitting, testing new performance fabric’s</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in a similar role </li><li>Fitting experience</li><li>Experience working in a retail / similar industry </li><li>A high level of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication</li><li>Organisational and time management skills</li><li>Communication skills, both written and oral</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues: </p><p><strong>Frasers Champion -</strong> Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
