  • Design, develop, and maintain Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
  • Create, configure, and maintain Workday security groups, domain security policies, and business process security
  • Perform testing and validation of new features, including release planning, testing and ensuring configurations remain accurate and compliant
  • Demonstrate accountability for assigned functional areas by proactively managing work from intake through solution and follow‑up.
  • Support implementation of new functionality and optimization projects as business needs evolve
  • Ability to assess system, reporting, and security impacts related to configuration changes and Workday releases

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Workday experience with functional configuration across multiple HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Candidate Engagement, and Onboarding required
  • 4+ years of cross‑functional Workday administration experience, including business process configuration and security design
  • Hands‑on experience developing Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports
  • Experience creating and maintaining Workday security groups, domain security and business process security administration
  • Experience with EIB integrations or other integration systems
  • Experience supporting or implementing additional Workday or a demonstrated willingness and ability to learn and support additional modules as business needs evolve
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with HR, Finance, and IT teams
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of workstreams, and proactively manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Exposure to acquisition or government contracting environments is highly desirable
