About the Role

We're looking for an AI expert with deep creative sensibility – someone who leads with AI fluency, not just design skills. You’re a systems thinker who understands how to leverage GenAI tools to accelerate motion, video, and design workflows. You can audit, architect, and operationalize AI tooling across the production pipeline. You’ll analyze current creative workflows, prototype AI-accelerated systems, and train our team. If the partnership goes well, there's potential for longer-term work as we scale AI across all creative channels.

You're excited about this opportunity because...

• Audit current design and production workflows and identify opportunities to integrate or replace with AI tools.
• Evaluate and test relevant AI tools across genAI, template systems, localization, automation layers, etc. with recommendations grounded in performance and team usability.
• Train the full team through live and async sessions to ensure 100% team proficiency with selected tools and workflows
• Develop centralized documentation and toolkits that codify best practices, prompting strategies, QA guidance, and workflow playbooks.
• Report on performance improvements with pre/post benchmarks for time saved, asset output increase, and cost avoidance.

We're excited about you because...

Must-haves:

• 5+ years in visual design, motion graphics, or video production
• Expert in AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Veo3, automation pipelines)
• Expert skills in Figma & Adobe Suite
• Experience building documentation and leading tool adoption
• Strong process mindset—experience scaling workflows or design systems

Nice-to-haves:

• Exposure to performance marketing or high-volume content environments
• Familiarity with localization and automation toolchains
• Experience in vendor evaluation or tool procurement

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
