Operations Innovation Internship - Summer 2026

This opportunity on the Operations Innovation team provides participants with hands-on experience in improving operational efficiencies through work measurement studies, process analysis, and the implementation of new systems and equipment. Participants will collaborate with various stakeholders, including franchisees and operators, to enhance operational processes. This experience will equip you with the skills needed to contribute to innovative solutions in operations management while fostering strong communication and problem-solving abilities. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:   

• Assist with work measurement studies, analyze throughout, and conduct cycle times to improve operational efficiencies   

• Assist with implementing operational processes for new systems, equipment, procedures   

• Communicate and collaborate with coworkers, management, franchisees, operators and others in a courteous and professional manner   

QUALIFICATIONS : 

  

Required Minimum:  Pursuing a 4-year degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or other related programs of study)   

   

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES:   

• Excellent oral and written communication skills   

• Ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining attention to detail   

• Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills   

• Creative problem-solving ability   

• Well-organized and a self-starter
