As an Agile Associate within the Consumer Bank Business and Product Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our agile product delivery strategy. Your responsibilities will include mobilizing product teams for large-scale initiatives and overseeing the agile product portfolio. You will be instrumental in shaping the next generation of product delivery and facilitating better business and product outcomes through continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product portfolio team to develop and execute agile strategies that enhance product delivery efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and process inefficiencies, implementing solutions to optimize product teams' delivery.
- Facilitate routines to ensure transparent communication and efficient workflow.
- Monitor and report key agile metrics and controls to track progress, evaluate performance, and measure the success of the portfolio.
- Generate regular reports and updates for product owners and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain the health of Jira and Jira Align and administer reporting on that status of product work
- Represent the Consumer Bank on the Agility Pulse program to measure advancement and proficiency of product agility practices
- Develop and maintain Confluence sites to optimize communication and reporting processes
- Administer and prepare senior management reporting including Product Portfolio Reviews (PPR), bi-weekly Product Updates and Executive Management Reporting (EMR)
- Support special projects and executive requests, and synthesize complex information in a strategic and compelling way so that the material is effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their application in product delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience in data analysis using Excel, including the ability to clean, organize, and analyze large datasets effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset, with a knack for identifying challenges and implementing actionable solutions.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to interact with different stakeholder groups and drive the agenda.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with ability to establish trust and credibility.
- Advanced level ability in all Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Confluence and Jira.
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with high degree of independence.
