Data Processing Associate - Clinical Lab Operations Invitae

Labcorp is seeking a US Remote based Data Processing Associate to join its Invitae Genetics team!

Work Schedule:  Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm pacific time zone. During training, for the first few months, the schedule will be Monday-Friday,  8am-5pm pacific time zone.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Perform Pre-Accessioning Order Processing activities as directed by team lead including but not limited to:
  • Patient creation
  • Order creation
  • Task creation for customer support teams (kit requests, missing information)
  • Meet established SLAs and OKRs
• Post-accessioning Order Processing activities as directed by team lead including but not limited to:
  • Data Entry of order information into Invitae systems
  • Quality control of previously entered information into Invitae systems
  • Task creation for customer support teams (kit requests, missing information)
  • Communication with our Accessioning and Client Services teams as needed
  • Meet established SLAs and OKRs
• Additional Responsibilities as directed by your team lead:
  • Report maintenance
  • Compliance activities
  • Team meetings and training

Minimum Qualifications:  

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent 
• 1 or more years’ experience in healthcare, science, data processing, or related field 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• 1 or more years’ experience working in a genetic testing clinical laboratory
• 1 or more years’ experience working in a collaborative team environment 
• Current or prior Invitae experience 
• 1 or more years’ experience working in a metric/volume driven role 

Additional Job Standards: 

• Strong data entry and typing skills 
• High level attention to detail with ability to problem solve 
• Flexibility and ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly 
• Experience or knowledge of genetic testing or related field 
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal 
• Experienced in managing multiple applications, using two monitors, with strong organizational skills  
• Proficiency with Salesforce, JIRA, or similar CRM/ticketing platforms  
• Quiet, dedicated, distraction-free work from home space 
• Reliable high-speed internet connection  
• Proficiency with remote collaboration

**Pay Range: $17.75 - $21.00 / hour  

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
