The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $67,125- $98,450 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills

Market & Competitive Intelligence: 

• Conduct in-depth market and competitor research across macroeconomic, industry, and customer domains. 

• Develop competitive profiles, SWOT analyses, portfolio comparisons, and financial benchmarks. 

• Maintain frameworks to follow competitor activity and automation industry trends. 

• Partner with third-party research firms and internal teams to integrate intelligence into business decisions. 

Data Analysis & Internal Benchmarking: 

• Identify and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. 

• Build and maintain models to compare Dematic’s performance and positioning against peers. 

• Create logic to connect disparate data sets for insight generation and process automation. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and accessibility. 

Reporting & Communication: 

• Deliver clear, concise insights via dashboards, reports, and executive-ready PowerPoint presentations. 

• Tailor communication approaches for different business groups, including product, finance, and regional leadership. 

• Continuously evaluate reporting efficiency and optimize communication strategies. 

What We Are Looking For:
