The Team Lead role typically blends hands on work with management responsibilities. The focus is on driving team performance, collaborating across departments, and mentoring peers. You will be a part of the Healthcare Claims team which is responsible for the administration of health claims. This team is involved in core claim processing such as registering claims, verification of claims, evaluation and examination litigation. It involves effective communication, decision making, and the capacity to motivate and empower team members to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform analysis and solving of moderately complex problems.
Create new solutions, leveraging and where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
Understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
Primary upward interaction with direct supervisor.
Interact with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture.
Responsible for managing performance metrics.
Provide coaching for large teams.
Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
Basic Qualifications:
2 years of experience in the Health Care industry
1 year of experience in a Team Lead role
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
