Patrol Solutions - Headquarters Security Director 

Pay:

• $68,640 yearly salary 

Work Schedule: 

• Monday - Thursday 0800-1800 
• 4 X 10 hour shifts 
• Friday - Sunday OFF

Patrol Solutions is a growing Security Team with continuous training! Come join our team! We are currently hiring Security Professionals in Alhambra, CA. We are offering immediate positions, flexibility, and excellent competitive pay.

Qualifications, skills, and education requirements:

Oversees all aspects of their assigned contract including: 
•    Client Relations, Contractual Obligations, Site Activities and more. 
•    Provide training, leadership and support for assigned employees 24/7. 
•    Create and modify Post Orders along with proposing changes in procedures to increase efficiency and security.
•    Ensure that the security team exceeds the client's employee performance expectations. 
•    Discipline or write up employees as needed, ensuring proper documentation. 
•    Conduct and document incident investigations when necessary. 

Oversees all Aspects of Scheduling Including: 
•    Ensure proper scheduling and time sheets
•    Preform evaluations on performance 
•    Interview possible employees 
•    Assists in disciplinary actions
•    Oversees all assigned equipment including employee uniforms. 
•    Oversee invoicing, ensuring all hours are properly documented. 
•    Document and track Incident Reports
•    Conduct, document and report Incident investigations 
•    Preform all employee evaluations

Other Qualifications: 

Have a Minimum of 5 years of experience within the security field in a supervisory or project

manager position.

•    Bachelors Degree in Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice or similar experience.
•    Possess a minimum of 5 years experience within the security field in a management position.
•    Must have experience in managing, training and scheduling 15+ officers.
•    Strong oral and written communications skills.
•    Demonstrates unparalleled customer services skills.
•    Be detailed oriented and deadline-driven.
•    Knowledgeable in scheduling and payroll systems.
•    Be able to pass a drug test and background check.
•    Have the legal right to work in the United States- Fluent in English. Additional languages a +.
•    Have NO history of felony convictions and pass a multi-panel drug screen.
•    Possess a valid guard card and current/clean CDL and appropriate personal transportation.
•    Demonstrates unparalleled customer service skills.
•    Be a detailed oriented professional.
•    Strong computer skills including Microsoft and payroll system.
•    California Guard Card, CPR, and First aid qualified.
