Physical Therapist Assistant | Grenada, Mississippi | Full-Time

Basic Function

Perform components of Physical Therapy procedures and related tasks selected by a supervising Physical Therapist. They assist Physical Therapists in providing services medically prescribed for patients suffering from injuries, or medical diseases, to restore functions, relieve pain, and prevent disability.

Nature and Scope

The position will report to the Director of Rehabilitation responsible for the facility(s) or area(s) of service. The scope of care can include patients form pediatric to geriatric.

• Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience preferred

• Must have current unrestricted professional license to practice

• Graduate from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association with an Associates Degree in Physical Therapy.

• Must possess excellent organizational, time management, and leadership abilities

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
