Harrington is an organization that values people, innovation, and exceptional service. If you’re looking for a career where your work truly makes a difference and you can grow alongside a supportive and dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you.
Great operations don't happen by accident—they're built by leaders who know how to develop people, improve processes, and execute with discipline.
At Cortrol Process Systems, we're looking for a hands-on Senior Manager, Operations who is energized by leading teams, solving operational challenges, and creating an environment where safety, quality, and performance thrive.
This isn't a role where you'll sit behind a desk reviewing reports. You'll be on the floor, coaching leaders, improving workflows, partnering with cross-functional teams, and helping shape the future of our fabrication operations. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, building high-performing teams, and making a measurable impact every day, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Own
As our Senior Manager, Operations, you'll serve as the operational leader for our Tulsa fabrication facility, responsible for ensuring the business runs safely, efficiently, and profitably.
You'll:
• Lead daily manufacturing and fabrication operations while creating a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop supervisors and future leaders, helping your team grow while delivering exceptional performance.
• Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, reducing waste, increasing throughput, and strengthening quality.
• Balance production schedules, staffing, capacity, and customer commitments to keep operations running smoothly.
• Partner with Sales, Project Management, Quality, Shipping, Maintenance, and Finance to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Use data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and make informed operational decisions.
• Champion safety as a core value—not just a priority.
• Help shape the future of the business by contributing ideas, improving processes, and leading change.
What Success Looks Like
You're the type of leader who naturally earns trust.
You believe the best ideas can come from anyone on the team.
You enjoy developing people just as much as improving processes.
You stay calm under pressure, make thoughtful decisions, and know how to keep multiple priorities moving without losing sight of quality or customer expectations.
You don't wait for problems to become someone else's—you step in, solve them, and leave the operation stronger than you found it.
What You Bring
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or production.
• Experience leading supervisors, managers, or cross-functional teams.
• Proven success improving safety, productivity, quality, delivery performance, and operational efficiency.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing labor, inventory, and operational costs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at every level of the organization.
• A passion for coaching others and building high-performing teams.
• Experience using ERP systems, Microsoft Office, operational reporting tools, and emerging AI technologies to improve efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Why Cortrol?
At Cortrol Process Systems, you'll join a team that values collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. As part of the Harrington family of companies, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping drive the next chapter of our growth.
We're looking for a leader who isn't satisfied with maintaining the status quo—someone who sees opportunity in every challenge, develops people to reach their full potential, and takes pride in building an operation that others want to be part of.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to start the conversatio
