Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Subscriptions and Billing

About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and scale the hyper-growth area of Enterprise Subscriptions and Billing. In this role, you will partner with engineering, design, business technology, finance, legal, sales, rev ops and other cross-functional teams to build fabulous in-product experiences for enterprise buyers. You will build secure integrations, streamline processes and drive frictionless renewals. This is a chance to define and envision the Enterprise customer subscription journey and drive significant business value to Miro.

The Enterprise team partners with go-to-market teams to enable large companies to adopt Miro and create the next big thing. This includes enterprise-grade must-haves such as security, compliance, privacy, administration, policy, reporting and, of course, billing. What you’ll do
- Work closely with internal teams to define goals, envision a roadmap, streamline inefficiencies and ultimately deliver in-product automated Enterprise buyer experiences
- Leverage data and insights to streamline internal subscription and billing processes as well as the customer journey
- Integrate with core billing and payments infrastructure in partnership with finance, engineering and business technology teams
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of product management, preferably in Enterprise
- 3+ years experience working with subscriptions, CPQ, billing or payment systems on SaaS products
- Proven experience delivering solutions with a high bar for user experience and technical complexity
