Senior Neuromorphic Engineer

<h3>We will trust you with:</h3> <ul><li><p>Developing, deploying, and maintaining robust AI/ML algorithms and pipelines using Innatera’s SDK</p></li><li><p>Analyzing, profiling, and benchmarking ML models and pipelines</p></li><li><p>Optimizing pipelines and models for latency, memory usage, power consumption and resource utilization making use of or SoC capabilities</p></li><li><p>Collaborating with interdisciplinary team to deliver end-to-end (software and hardware) application use-cases</p></li><li><p>Extending Inatera’s ML Toolbox with new methodologies</p></li><li><p>Contributing to the creation of intellectual property</p></li><li><p>Providing hardware and software development teams with insights on algorithm requirements</p></li><li><p>Supporting customer engagements by providing technical expertise and developing tailored solutions</p></li></ul> <h3>Your experience includes:</h3> <ul><li><p>3+ years of experience in AI/ML, including experience working with neuromorphic systems or related domains.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of delivering cutting-edge projects in neuromorphic AI or advanced machine learning.</p></li><li><p>Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or edge AI applications using neuromorphic systems.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of emerging standards and ethical considerations in neuromorphic AI.</p></li><li><p>Experience in developing software frameworks for energy-efficient AI applications.</p></li></ul> <h3>What you need to succeed:</h3> <ul><li><p>Exceptional problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills to articulate complex neuromorphic concepts to diverse stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Leadership qualities to inspire teams and foster collaboration.</p></li></ul>
