The Interiors Responsibility Center South Carolina (IRCSC) is seeking a Senior Operations Integration Manager (Level L) on 1st Shift located in Ladson, South Carolina. This position leads overall factory integration of the various interiors commodities within the IRCSC production system, as well as integration with downstream customers in Boeing South Carolina (BSC) Mid-Body, Final Assembly and Delivery production systems through oversight of the first line leaders of our IRCSC Warranty activities in support of the 787 Program.

In addition to site and customer integration, this leader is responsible for overall continuous improvement of the IRCSC site to support future 787 program rates and BGS aftermarket growth, with oversight of our first line leaders responsible for the Boeing Production System (BPS) and Line Side Control Center (LSCC) organization.

You will review implementation plans, make appropriate adjustments, and resolve issues; along with coaching, counseling, mentoring and providing developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance teammate performance and expand capabilities of Frontline Leaders and others. You will also promote employee engagement and build an organizational culture that improves employee satisfaction and retains a skilled and motivated workforce.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads integration across all three (3) operational areas within the IRCSC production system, which include Panel Fabrication, Stow bins, and Furnishings

  • Leads integration activities between IRCSC and downstream customers in BSC Mid-Body, Final Assembly and Delivery Center

  • Oversees the first line leaders responsible for Warranty, and BPS and LSCC statement of work

  • Responsible for the operational rate readiness of the manufacturing area within the IRCSC production system to support future 787 rate demand, as well as BGS aftermarket growth

  • Manages and integrates employee and first-level manager activities within area of responsibility, and integrates with the greater IRCSC leadership team to grow the site and culture

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

  • Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in a management role

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering

  • Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement

  • 3+ years of experience establishing relationships and on-going communication with customers, suppliers and/or vendors

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience with program rate readiness and capacity processes

  • Experience working on the 787 Program

  • Strategic thinker and capable of solving complex problems

  • Experience with integration across business units and customers

This position is 1st shift.
