Schedule:
Monday through Friday: 8:30AM-5:00PM. Onsite.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company may, in its sole discretion, change the work schedule to address business needs. Work hours will depend on the business hours of the time zone serviced.


In This Role, You Will:
Provide administrative support to departments to ensure compliance, efficient workflow, and a high quality of production. Contribute to the success of the company by maintaining customer records and reviewing and evaluating activity to verify compliance with internal policy, procedures, and state and federal regulations.


Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
• Review, validate, and accurately process cease and desist letters submitted by customers through branch locations.
• Apply cease and desist requests to customer accounts in accordance with legal and company policies, ensuring timely updates.
• Maintain detailed records by uploading and storing cease and desist letters in appropriate systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
• Follow legal requirements and company policies related to cease and desist requests and customer communication restrictions.
• Perform other administrative duties, including data entry, reporting, follow-up and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Identify and escalate any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or compliance risks to appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
• Work closely with branch personnel, legal teams, and other departments to ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer requests.
• Perform quality control checks and manual testing on files, activities, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Establish cadence to review and support the quality of production and adherence to policy.
• Maintain quality assurance and compliance documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry changes and regulatory updates. Communicate relevant findings to management to ensure the company's practices remain in compliance.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to address and resolve quality-related issues.
• May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.


Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in consumer lending, financial services, compliance, or related administrative role.
• Understanding of relevant consumer protection provisions under federal and state law.
• Prior demonstrated experience delivering high quality and accurate documentation.
• Ability to develop skills to solve problems and conduct quality assurance reviews in an operations environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial services systems.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project administration skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders and all levels of company staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task, change direction, effectively prioritize, and meet deadlines with both local and remote staff.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to move about. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
