The Vice President of Global Data & Analytics will lead the strategic vision, architecture, and delivery of Watts' enterprise data platforms. This role will be responsible for establishing data as a strategic asset and building an actionable analytics capability. Additionally, this role will be critical in unlocking business value from Project Rio (our ERP digitization program), enabling smart factory insights, and embedding a data-driven culture across the company.

You Will:

  • Define and drive the global data strategy across master data, operational reporting, advanced analytics, and AI-readiness.

  • Establish enterprise-wide data governance, quality standards, stewardship models, and metadata management practices.

  • Serve as the executive sponsor of master data programs, including ownership clarity and accountability.

  • Build and scale a modern analytics capability that enables self-service, predictive insights, and decision intelligence.

  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Engineering teams to co-develop high-impact use cases.

  • Guide the organization toward tools, platforms, and practices that deliver timely, trusted, and actionable insights.

  • Build and lead a high-performing global team of data engineers, analysts, architects, and integration specialists.

  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and business partnership within the IT and analytics community.

  • Engage regularly with executive stakeholders to align data capabilities with strategic priorities.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in data and analytics roles.

  • Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide analytics platforms and architectures in a global, complex environment.

  • Manufacturing or industrial sector experience preferred; ERP (SAP strongly preferred) and cloud data platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Databrick, Informatica etc.) required.

  • Strong understanding of data governance, data modeling, MDM, ETL/ELT, and real-time data streaming requirements.

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.

  • The incumbent must be based on the East Coast/in the Eastern Time Zone.

The expected salary range for this position is $234,000-295,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
