Our Growth Engineering team prides itself on using a first principles approach to unlock new ways of scaling revenue. Using engineering to overcome obstacles and scale/automate with intelligence, we experiment where most marketing teams fall short. Through “hack-iness,” business intuition, and advanced problem solving, you will be critical in driving an efficient and scalable growth motion. The features your team builds will be highly visible to both internal and external stakeholders and will directly impact the growth of the company by providing a state-of-the-art platform and measurement capabilities to enable our product and marketing teams to effectively deliver highly personalized and relevant user experiences to the right people at the right timing with right content at scale.

This position will be based in-person at our HQ in San Mateo, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team by driving recruitment efforts, providing mentorship, and demonstrating strong leadership.
• Strategically plan, prioritize, and oversee project execution to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to develop new Web products that will accelerate our growth.
• Serve as an engineering architect, guiding technical direction, making critical architectural decisions, and developing technical roadmaps to align with business goals.
• Engage in hands-on coding and prototyping to validate concepts, expedite execution, and deepen your understanding of the codebase as you expand the team into a fully-fledged organization.

Qualifications

• • 5+ years of work experience in a frontend or full stack software engineering role designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions
  • 1+ years of work experience as a proven technical lead or manager on a team that has developed highly visible products
  • Proficient in agile team software development and strong project management, delivering complex projects within defined timelines and resource constraints.
  • Adept at collaborating cross-functionally, communicating effectively, and aligning efforts to achieve common goals.
  • Passionate about technology, staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • (Preferred) Startup experience
