Overnight Concierge

Adamas Building Services is looking for Concierge/Front Desk Associates. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We are currently interviewing for concierge positions.

Available schedules: Friday-Monday 11pm-7am

Pay Rate: $17 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have superior experience in the following areas:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Meet/Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct guests and visitors to appropriate destination
• Check-in and announce incoming guests.
• Receiving packages and deliveries
• Resolve complaints from residents/guests.
• Perform basic clerical duties: answering telephones, faxing, copying, etc.
• The Ideal candidate will be flexible with working at least 1 weekend day per week.

Requirements

• Prior Front Desk/Office environment experience (1 year preferred)
• valid drivers license
• Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours
• Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
• Must pass comprehensive background checks
