Senior Program Managment Analyst
Spectrum is seeking highly qualified Senior Program Managment Analyst to support our customer at Norfolk, VA. In this role you will apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Requirements
Required Education: MA/MS in a Business-Related Discipline.
Required Experience: At least 10 years of experience performing the duties listed in the functional description of the labor category.
Desired Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience in Defense Acquisition, 3 of which supporting Navy Acquisition management. Experience with PRL/OPOM databases.
