About the RoleAs a Licensed Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a dual role: supporting your own caseload while providing clinical supervision, mentorship, and leadership to pre-licensed therapists in our practice.

Responsibilities• Provide clinical supervision in line with NH regulations
 • Mentor staff through case consultation, feedback, and training
 • Support documentation and ethical compliance
 • Deliver high-quality therapy (individual, couples, family)
 • Maintain EHR records (Valant) and coordinate care externally


Qualifications• Master’s or Doctoral degree in behavioral health field
 • Fully licensed in NH (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist)
 • Approved supervisor per NH Board of Mental Health Practice
 • 2+ years post-licensure experience (supervision experience preferred)
 • Strong clinical and leadership skills; love of teamwork
