You will be trusted to transform a government client organization by implementing digital initiatives that improve mission efficiency and effectiveness. Using data and automation tools and best practices to drive process improvement and change management, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and lead technical consultants to develop and contribute to transformative technology and business solutions. With opportunities to grow our AI market space and scale new services, we focus on growing and collaborating as teams to make the best solutions for our customers. You Have:

• 7+ years of experience determining client's business and technical requirements, including managing resource allocations to ensure availability of resources

• 7+ years of experience managing client IT expectations, satisfaction, and adherence to contract agreement

• 5+ years of experience monitoring IT project progress and results delivery, including addressing and resolving project and client problems

• Experience with people management

• Ability to develop IT work, quality plans, and schedules, and conduct project tracking analysis and management

• Ability to serve as a liaison, building bridges among groups within the outside of the AI field and translating organizational and mission objectives into program objectives and practices

• Ability to multitask, problem solve, and execute with limited requirements

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 5+ years of experience preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Experience encouraging teams to apply design thinking and Agile methodologies in program design processes to drive impactful business or mission value

• Experience with emerging AI-related technologies and identifying potential opportunities for program integration or implementation

• Experience with Systems and Software Development Lifecycles

• Experience editing and writing technical articles, publications, or presentations

• Ability to create a Work Breakdown Structure

• Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, or SAFe Certification
