As a Senior UX Content Strategist, you will lead the development and implementation of content strategies that enhance people’s experiences across our digital platforms, including our corporate website and personal finance applications. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, product managers, leadership and other stakeholders to create content that meets user needs while driving business goals forward.What you will do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies and content-first solutions in support of business goals and user needs
- Write, edit, and oversee the production of high-quality content for various digital touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital products
- Perform content audits to assess the effectiveness of current content and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization and efficiencies
- Develop and maintain content guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all digital platforms
- Contribute to defining and tracking content performance metrics, using insights to continuously optimize our work
- Collaborate with user research to infuse insights into content decisions, ensuring a user-first approach
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content is integrated seamlessly into the overall user experience and operates effectively
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior content strategists and contractors
- 5+ years of UX content design, content strategy, or marketing experience (some combination of UX and CX marketing experience preferred)
- Fluency in Figma
- Strong copywriting and content strategy skills
- Strong operations and project management instincts
- Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional partners in UX (designers, researchers) and marketing (product marketing, brand marketing, performance marketing) as well as product managers
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields (English, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Design, Communications, Sociology, Journalism or related), or equivalent experience
- Financial services industry knowledge valued but not required
- Knowledge of AP style preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to advocate for your ideas and influence others
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to own and drive multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be highly motivated, detail- and deadline-oriented, adaptable, and creative

Base Salary Range
$76,300.00 - $107,800.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity
