Under the general direction of the Program Lead Senior Director, the Patient Assistance Program (PAP) Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of PAP operations, including copay programs and free goods distribution. This role ensures alignment with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and patient access goals. The PAP Lead will provide oversight of reporting, data analysis, operational execution, and strategic planning to optimize program performance and patient experience.
- Lead the overall management of PAP, copay, and free goods operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and patient-centered execution
- Develop, implement, and refine program strategies to support patient access, affordability, and adherence initiatives
- Evaluate program performance and continuously adjust processes, metrics, and reporting to ensure ongoing improvements
- Oversee development and delivery of daily/weekly reporting for PAP, copay, and free goods performance metrics
- Monitor program utilization, identify national trends and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Provide operational forecasting and resource planning tied to patient demand, seasonal impacts, and funding allocations
- Partner with Matrix teams to align on program operations and enhancements.
- Partner with compliance to ensure program policies, documentation, and practices align with all regulatory standards
- Lead development of budget forecasts for PAP, copay, and free goods programs, ensuring financial sustainability
- Operational Excellence & Patient Experience
- Ensure smooth execution of copay and free goods programs with a strong focus on minimizing patient barriers
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in program delivery through data-driven decision making

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of analytics, marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a marketing/sales commercial organization
OR
Master’s degree and 6 years of analytics, marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a marketing/sales commercial organization
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of analytics, marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a marketing/sales commercial organization
OR
Associate’s degree and 10 years of analytics, marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a marketing/sales commercial organization
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of analytics, marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a marketing/sales commercial organization
