• Schedule: Full time and part time schedule. Days and hours may vary. More details upon interview!

Job Summary

Summary:  We are seeking a qualified Coffee Roaster to join our team. This role involves hands-on roasting, quality control, and production support to ensure our coffee meets the highest standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about coffee, and eager to contribute to a growing team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor coffee roasting equipment to achieve desired roast profiles
• Perform quality control checks, including cupping and adjusting roasts as needed
• Maintain roasting logs and production records
• Work closely with the roasting team to manage green coffee inventory and production schedules
• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of roasting equipment
• Assist in packaging and other production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous coffee roasting experience is required
• Familiarity with roast profiling and quality control
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow roasting protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to assist in different areas of production as needed
• Must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods
