Senior Manager, e-Commerce

A day in the life of a Senior Manager of e-Commerce at Dickies looks a little like this.
As a Senior Manager of eCommerce, you will lead our e-commerce team in optimizing the online shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the digital merchandising strategy to drive sales and sell through, enhance customer engagement, and ensure a seamless and visually appealing online shopping environment. This position reports to the Senior Director of Digital.

- Merchandising Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital merchandising strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Product Curation: Curate and manage product assortments, ensuring the right mix of products is featured prominently on the website to maximize sales and meet customer demands.
- Site Navigation and User Experience: Collaborate with the User Experience and Interface (UX/UI) teams to optimize site navigation, ensuring a user-friendly and intuitive experience that encourages conversions and reduces bounce rates.
- Financial Targets: Lead teams to execute against the financial forecast while consistently sharing forecast updates in key business meetings
- Content Strategy: Oversee the creation and management of compelling and relevant content, including product descriptions, images, videos, and other assets that enhance the customer's online shopping experience.
- Pricing and Promotions: Work closely with pricing and promotions teams to implement effective pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales and maximize revenue.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Ensure products are well-optimized for search engines, improving visibility in organic search results and enhancing the overall discoverability of products.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor site performance, track key merchandising metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve the online shopping experience continually.
- Merchandising Tools and Technology: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to implement new tools or platforms to enhance the digital merchandising process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments, including marketing, supply chain, and product development, to align digital merchandising efforts with broader business strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
