Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven financial analyst to support cash management and payroll processes.

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining and processing payroll information.
  • Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions and saving deductions.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and driving solutions for any employee payroll queries.
  • Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
  • Preparing invoices and credit notes for all entities within Group.
  • Providing courteous, prompt, and professional customer service for all billing-related questions.
  • Reviewing and researching billing discrepancies including past due accounts, payment terms, pricing, etc., and resolving all billing concerns for customers.
  • Coordinating with Sales and Account Management teams to apply adjustments, audit customer invoices, and address collections inquiries.
  • Expediting timely payment or collection letters in accordance with Company policy and internal processes.
  • Debt collection processing.
  • Performing various administrative functions for customer accounts including, but not limited to, recording address changes and updating billing and payment information.
  • Processing registration of incoming payments.
  • Providing verification and control of timely payments in several international banks.
  • Preparing data for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Performing ad hoc tasks.
  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Paying employees and contractors by verifying expense reports according Company Policy.
  • Paying vendors
  • Responding to vendor (external or internal) enquiries
  • Identifying and helping implement process improvements

Qualifications

  • Upper-intermediate level of English
  • Two/Three years of proven experience in accounting and controlling 
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
  • Analytical skills
  • Flexibility for assuming new tasks/responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in the accounting department for international companies.
